In addition to my basic medical kit I’ve got a bigger medical bag which I carry with me during risky situations like rally’s and extensive road trips. This kit is build around the Tasmanian Tiger Medic Assault Bag and focused on the MARCH protocol for civilians.
That was it, a different cycling world championship than other years, but as much fun and amazing to be a part of. It was different because of COVID-19 measures which provide some challenges but also more freedom.

What’s in my.. rally photo kit This is one out of three kits I use during offroad rally’s in Africa. This part is about my camera gear, combined with two other kits which are my backpack with laptop and essentials, and my big bag, provide me with gear for 2 weeks but is not necessary for daily use.
What’s in my… daily backpack. This is my trusty everyday backpack from 5.11, the Rush24. This is the medium size from the Rush series with 37L and this backpack has been with me over the world. From more formal meetings up to the dunes in Mauritania.

While the heat is slowly leaving the Netherlands, I look back on last January during the Africa Eco Race through Morocco, Mauritania, and Senegal. A nice rally where I have made more cool images than has been shown before. With that, these are my Drone highlights from the Africa Eco Race 2019
Last Saturday, more than 120 Dutch and Flemish teams came to Gilze for the pre-inspection of the Morocco Desert Challenge. Because of the very large number of Dutch participants, the organization decided to organize a pre-inspection before the 430 Dutch people travel to Agadir in Morocco.
The beginning of the year has been busy, and the year before too. For example, 2019 already started with three weeks of Africa for the Africa Eco Race, I could immediately go on to commercial shoots for the Bavaria 0.0 Event team and traveld to Denmark for the World Championships Cyclo-cross.
